La Collina Restaurant Review: This traditional Italian restaurant and steakhouse overlooks I-76 and Manayunk in Belmont Hills, and most of the clientele hails from the Main Line. Regulars don't seem to mind the lackluster service and uninspired menu. Skip the unremarkable shrimp scampi and Gorgonzola salad drowning in mayo-based dressing, and spring for the pricey and dependable Dover sole. Traditional Italian dishes are also fine. The bar area could be a nice spot for drinks and appetizers, unless it closes at 10 p.m. without notice. |
