Straightforward luncheons of crêpes, quiches and salads and more elaborate dinners of pepper-crusted salmon with shrimp cream sauce, tournedos St. Andre (filet of beef topped with St. Andre cheese), and Dijon mustard-crusted rack of lamb are found at this very French spot from owners Harvey and Marlou Cross. There's an open kitchen in the second-floor bistro, where chef Harvey may be seen preparing dishes. La Cuisine also offers a regularly rotating menu.
