The Paris bistro comes to Ardmore, courtesy of Evan Lambert and Andrew Feinstein (Toscana Cucina Rustica, Savona), and Suburban Square will never be the same. J. Crew types, young families, even the Gucci-Pucci crowd, have been crowding the red banquettes, for their daily recommended dose of mussels and steak-frites. Black and white tiled floors, fin de siècle light fixtures, and Edith Piaf in the background---they even feature selected plats du jour, or a big, juicy burger with terrific fries. The onion soup is the vrai chose , and with some pâté, or snails---you’ve got the best lunch this side of the Seine. You may also want to check out ’Za, their sleek pizzeria, next door.
