| La Trattoria Ristorante is owned by Italian immigrant, chef-brothers Ciro and Tony Dimaio and is as authentic a trattoria as you can hope to find this side of Rome. A glass wall separates a sidewalk dining area and bar from the passersby, while inside, murals of quaint Italian scenery embellish the dining room walls. Pizzas, from the simple margherita to the quattro stagioni, arrive piping hot from the wood-fired brick oven. Try the calamari fritti or the seafood linguine with its bounty of shrimp, clams, calamari and fish, while meat-lovers will delight in the piccata al limone featuring tender veal in white wine with a touch of lemon. Savory sauced rigatoni and cannelloni await you here, but don’t leave Cabo without trying the house specialty: lobster ravioli. A good wine list, textbook cappuccinos and tequila drinks complement the fare. TV monitors are found in the patio bar for watching sports events. |
