Only in L.A. could you find a pan-cultural experience like this: the chefs serve Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food, but live Brazilian jazz is featured on stage, not to mention the likes of Tito Puente and other big names. Appetizers---including hummus, dolmas and tabbouleh---are all good bets. Try the La Ve Lee combo, a generous platter of lamb and chicken shish kebabs plus kibbee and lahmajeen.
