L'Ambroisie Restaurant Review: When he decorated his restaurant, located across from the covered market, in delicate, pale colors, chef-owner Daniel Labarrère was thinking of the food he prepares: aromatic, flavorful, market-fresh cuisine. A few examples: leek royale with truffle vinaigrette, crispy turobt stuffed with salmon mousseline, guanaja chocolate ice cream with a flambées pear. The cellar is a wine buff's delight.
