The Landing Restaurant Restaurant Review: Creole dishes as well as chef's specials are the menu highlights at this casual hotel restaurant. It’s a pleasant enough dining room in which to have breakfast, but the daily fare for lunch and dinner is generally unimaginative. Lunch consists mostly of salads and grilled items, while dinner offerings are a bit more extensive. The surprise standout is the potato-and-crab-encrusted salmon filet, which could hold its own in some of the better places in town. Desserts are generally run-of-the-mill pies and bread pudding. Wine selections are limited and similarly uninspired.
