The Landing Restaurant Restaurant Review: Creole dishes as well as chef's specials are the menu highlights at this casual hotel restaurant. It’s a pleasant enough dining room in which to have breakfast, but the daily offerings for lunch and dinner are generally unimaginative. Lunch consists mostly of salads, sandwiches and grilled items, while dinner selections run the gamut from sandwiches to common local fare such as jambalaya and shrimp Creole. Desserts are largely run-of-the-mill pies and bread pudding. Wine selections are limited and similarly uninspired.
