Italian Beer Dinner Menu at d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar
Italian craft beers will be spotlighted at d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar inside the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino with a special Italian beer dinner menu available for the entire month of March. A four-course pairing designed by executive chef Jose Navarro will feature a selection of artisan Italian cheeses paired with the strong Belgian-style ale Toccadibo; pappardelle paired with the pilsner-style lager Via Emilia; steak roulade al Funghi paired with the chestnut-flavored Strada San Felice; and tiramisu. N9ne Steakhouse Honors National Margarita Day with the Luxury Margarita
In honor of National Margarita Day, N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms Casino Resort has unveiled the newest addition to its cocktail menu, the Luxury Margarita. Priced at $39, the libation features Don Julio Real, Blue Agave Nectar, a fresh lime snowball and a drizzle of Grand Marnier. N9ne Steakhouse , Palms Casino Resort, 4321 W. Mussels Frites and Belgian Ales Menu Debuts at Morels
Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo is serving a special menu pairing mussels frites and Belgian ales through March 30. Dishes feature mussels steamed with tomato sauce and crushed red pepper; steamed with tarragon, garlic and crème fraiche; mussels, chowder-style corn, nueske bacon and cream sauce; and steamed in salsa verde broth with fresh herbs and pistou. Beers being poured with these dishes are Duvel, a well-hopped blonde beer; Chimay Grand Reserve, which boasts a fragrance of fresh yeast, with light floral touch; Orval, which combines floral, citrus and spicy tastes; and Westmalle Tripel, a soft, creamy beer with a fruity aroma. The moules and craft beer menu is available all day at the restaurant. Pink’s Hot Dogs Creates Hot Dog in Honor of Louie Anderson
Pink’s Hot Dogs at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino has created a hot dog in honor of comedian Louie Anderson. The “Louie Dog” is fortified with yellow mustard, sauerkraut and onions. Las Vegas’s Newest Food Truck
Las Vegas’s newest food truck is Sloppi Jo’s, which features menu items enlivened by Hatch green chiles, chicken and pork tacos, breakfast burritos and its signature “sloppi jo,” which unlike the traditional Joe, is made with slow roasted pork, green chile and topped with a fried egg and pickled onions. “You Call It” Pub Crawl at Silverton Casino Lodge
The “You Call It” pub crawl is now offered Thursdays at the Silverton Casino Hotel Lodge from 7 p.m.-11 p.m. Guests can enjoy any brand of liquor or beer for $1 at four of the resort’s restaurants and bars. The schedule takes place from 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at Mermaid Restaurant & Lounge; 8 p.m.-9 p.m. at Flare Bar; 9 p.m.-10 p.m. at Mi Casa Grill Cantina; and 10 p.m.-11 p.m. at Shady Grove Lounge. Local Ladies’ Night at Nove Italiano Every Tuesday in February
