Throughout August, Silverado Steak House at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa will serve a three-course meal for $29. Courses include a choice of lobster bisque, house salad or wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles; an entrée choice of a six-ounce filet mignon, chicken Francaise or filet of salmon; and a dessert of crème brûlée topped with caramelized sugar and seasonal berries, sorbet or ice cream. All entrées come with the choice of baked or mashed potatoes or seasonal vegetables. During Las Vegas Restaurant Week, more than 100 of the city’s finest restaurants will offer a three-course menu priced at $20.14, $30.14 or $50.14, with a portion of each meal donated to Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. Beginning August 8, its website, www.helpoutdineoutlv.org, will offer a list of participating restaurants and menus, and a capability to search by cuisine, location and price. Delmonico Steakhouse at The Venetian is hosting a summer cocktail hour with beers for $4-$5, wines by the glass for $7-$10, and summer cocktails for $10-$11. Food specials include mini ricotta grilled cheese sandwiches with heirloom tomato dip for $8, "Delmonico's" bacon and egg on brioche toast for $10, steak frites with red wine reduction and chimichurri fries for $13, and Creole-poached shrimp remoulade for $12. BLT Burger at The Mirage is offering a late-night happy hour, Monday through Thursday from 10 p.m.-1 a.m. Selections include half-off select beers, wines, liquor shots and bites. Among food specials are waffle bites for $3.50, a Kobe-style slider trio for $9.50, and chicken wings or ahi tuna spring rolls for $6. Andre's Monte Carlo is extending its happy hour specials from 5 p.m.-closing each evening through Labor Day. Available in its bar or cigar lounge, the "5-6-7" happy hour menu includes a selection of beers for $5, specialty cocktails for $6, and small plates and wine by the glass for $7. Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand is now offering a "last hour" happy hour every night in the bar, starting at 9:30 p.m. Chef Heath Cicerelli has created an array of bar bites, such as oysters on the half shell for $1.50, a Louisiana crawfish boil for $12, and gumbo for $5. Drink specials include New Orleans cocktail favorites French 75 and Pimm's Cup, both priced at $7.
