Tivoli Village in conjunction with Fresh52 will host Taste and Toast Thursdays, a weekly farmers market, beginning Thursday, April 19 from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. The market will feature the sale of local, organic and sustainable produce; freshly baked goods, salsas, sauces and nuts; chef demonstrations; tastings of wine, beer and spirits; local artists and live entertainment.

Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Bar & Grill at The Venetian has launched its new weekend brunch, offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The menu includes warm brioche doughnuts with house-made strawberry jam and vanilla sugar, scrambled egg pizza with shaved Yukon gold potatoes and bacon lardons, house-cured smoked salmon, a lobster club sandwich with applewood-smoked bacon and a grilled prime burger with Vermont cheddar cheese and smoked onion marmalade. Chef Pierre Gagnaire will be cooking in the kitchen of his only U.S. restaurant, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, and interacting with guests from March 22-30. The acclaimed chef will present new additions to the spring menu, including Mishima Ranch waygu beef and aiguillettes of Maine lobster served with a ragout of ginger, mango, banana and green-apple brunoise. During chef’s visit a special three-course menu will be served for $105, or $175 including wine pairings; a six-course menu will be priced at $189, or $295 including wine pairings and $350 with a grand wine pairing; and a Krug Champagne-themed dinner will be available for $1198.
