RESTAURANT NEWS

Openings

Flamingo Las Vegas has announced its newest restaurant, Center Cut Steakhouse, which will debut in April. The menu will feature huge cuts, including a 20-ounce rib-eye and 24-ounce porterhouse, made with all-natural, hormone- and steroid-free beef sourced from Aspen Ridge Farms in Colorado. The menu will also offer a wide variety of seafood entrées, a Kobe-style burger and rack of lamb. The restaurant will be located in the former Burger Joint space and will accommodate up to 172 guests with a bar, lounge, restaurant and private dining room. A black and white décor with pink accents will suggest a classic Vegas atmosphere, enhanced with plasma screens throughout the restaurant, displaying photo montages from the 1940’s to today, a nod to the 66 years the Flamingo has been in operation on the Las Vegas Strip. Center Cut Steakhouse, 3555 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109, 702-733-3111, 888-308-8899.
