After Bradley Ogden closed at Caesars Palace last year, many in Las Vegas lamented that they would no longer be able to enjoy what many consider one of the best burgers in the town. Word is out that Ogden will soon return to Vegas, as he will be opening up a new concept, Harvest and Hops, in the former space of Bottles & Burgers at Tivoli Village in Summerlin. The eatery will capitalize on Ogden’s relationships with the area’s top artisanal food producers. An opening date has not yet been announced.
