Red, White & Blue will be replaced with Citizens Kitchen & Bar, a casual American bistro by corporate executive chef Brian Massie. Set to open in January, the menu will be available 24 hours a day and will include American favorites such as Maryland blue crab cakes, southern fried chicken and bacon-wrapped meatloaf. The Light Group will also relaunch Red Square, which will serve easy-to-share contemporary American fare infused with Russian influences, such as bacon Brussels sprouts and tuna tartare.
