Lawry's Restaurant Review: Prime rib, available in four different cuts, is the way to go here. If you've got a seriously healthy appetite, go for the bone-on Dallas cut. The meals, which evolved from the owner's memories of Sunday dinners at home, all include the showy signature spinning bowl salad, crusty Yorkshire pudding, smooth mashed potatoes and creamy horseradish sauce. We recommend the hearty crab cakes, accompanied by a lemony mayonnaise, as a starter. The large portions draw families to Lawry's, and the attentive service and muted lighting attract couples. At lunchtime, you wait in line at the carving station where a server takes your drink order; the beverages, as well as a big bowl of homemade potato chips, are brought to your table. Sandwiches are made to order. The roast turkey is especially good, but if you opt for the prime rib, be sure to ask that the meat be trimmed.
