The menu leans heavily on meat, with strong items such as the warm beef cheek salad with ravigote sauce, Iberian pork fillet, and Salers beef accompanied by diverse sauces like a chimichurri from Argentina. The daily special may feature Angus marbled beef imported from the U.S. and served with french fries, salad or homemade pommes dauphine.
