Le Burger Brasserie Restaurant Review: “French-influenced American classic” might best describe the cuisine turned out in Le Burger Brasserie’s busy kitchen. There’s a cozy, comfortable sitting area and massive bar at the entrance, and the glassed-in wine closet complements the rich, dark wood of the 200-seat dining room. For starters, we like the organic Bibb lettuce with Granny Smith apples, Gruyère and lemon-mustard dressing. The eight-ounce ground Angus beef burgers range from the classic to the imaginative with an array of ingredients. One of our favorites is the "Le Paris" with Brie, caramelized onions and smoked bacon. Extensive topping choices include grilled onions, mixed greens, portobello mushroom and roasted red peppers, while among sauce choices are béarnaise and pesto. Burgers are also created with lamb, salmon, chicken and vegetables. Complement your burger with a root beer float or a shake. Save room for the brioche donuts with vanilla custard and mixed berry sauce, or the chocolate coconut macaroon with chocolate mousse and caramel peanut sauce.
