Our famed ancestor, Cro-Magnon man, was first discovered at this very site. He would probably have preferred the cozy charm of this antique-furnished, softly lit dining room to his cold, rocky cave. The delicate, precise, traditional cuisine of Xavier Davoust makes intelligent use of the flavors of fresh ingredients. Particularly nice choice of Bordeaux at affordable prices.
