Le Dôme is one of the capital’s top seafood brasseries, with a neo-Art Deco interior, booths that provide cozy comfort and privacy for the high-powered patrons, and an appetizing carte. In addition to impeccably fresh oysters and the justly famous lobster salad in a truffled dressing, you can choose duck aiguillettes with slices of foie gras, buttered devilfish fin with spices or bouillabaisse that bears comparison with Marseille’s best.
