Le Gourmet de Seze Restaurant Review

: While the dining room here may be short on style, it's long on taste, as you'll see when you tuck into Bernard Mariller's ultrafresh cuisine. He may put the bridle on his prices, but not on his imagination, which goes from lamb's trotters with artichoke barigoule to roast bass with verjuice sauce and roast squab stuffed with foie gras-laced cabbage butter. Good selection of set-price meals. Cleverly chosen wine list. Slightly distant welcome; efficient service.
