The enormous success of this venerable restaurant, with its huge stone-walled dining room, is well deserved. The serious cuisine concentrates on top-notch seafood, but is somewhat lacking in finesse. Some dishes include marinated anchovies with peppers and eggplant, roasted merluchon in a ratatouille croûte with eggplant and vegetable tartine, red berry zabaglione, and lavender honey ice cream. Good cellar. Smiling, dynamic welcome and service.
