 Can he carry it off? Can Alain Ducasse run two four-toque restaurants at opposite ends of France? To hear him tell it, it's just a question of organization... He'll spend half the week in Monte-Carlo, and the other half in Paris. Here at the Louis XV, Mediterranean flavors continue to dominate the menu. The food is not the whole show at the Louis XV, of course: there's the extravagant, theatrical setting, the impressively orchestrated service, the 250,000-bottle cellar. Yes, one does spend a fortune for these pleasures--but it's better than losing it at the casino across the way!
