Le Marais Restaurant Review: This Theater District restaurant reminds us of a bistro in Paris' Marais district, for which it is named---except that the food and wine here are kosher, too. Le Marais specializes in meat prepared French-style, and is crowded, noisy and lot more fun than most other kosher options around. Be sure to try the steak au poivre or steak tartare with frites, the beef braised in red wine or the coq au vin. There is a butcher's case up front where you can get kosher meat and poultry to-go. |
