THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Le Petit Robert Restaurant Review

: This bustling and friendly restaurant captures the essence of a romantic, easy-going neighborhood spot. But, stop in for a sandwich or a bowl of soup and the high-quality workmanship of both the kitchen and the dining room quickly reveal themselves. The moody take on French bistro décor counts its successes in the rich red banquette, antique light fixtures and the high, arched ceilings. The menu offers its own modern take on French bistro cuisine with hearty bowls of onion soup topped with Gruyère cheese, a satisfying charcuterie plate, and a number of alluring salads. The petit plates (small plates) menu also includes roasted chicken, soul-soothing cassoulet and steak frites. The profiteroles with caramel and chocolate have as good a chance of bringing a smile to your lips as does the idea of Paris.
