| There’s nothing wrong in keeping it (very) simple once in a while---and the prices down by the same token. Here is a true neighborhood bistro with a very limited menu. Fast service will bring to your table à la minute phos, rice plates and house specials of bun Saigon dac biet or nem nuong. Sautéed fried tofu with bean sprouts, ginger and peanuts is also available. It is customary to wait in line for one of the 20 seats, and there is no liquor served. |
