THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Le Vieux Bistro Restaurant Review:

Located right next to Notre Dame (you can hear the mass from the cathedral), Le Vieux Bistro is a true Parisian bistro, from the atmosphere to the décor and the food. New owner Vincent Sitz cultivates the old charm of the place but has made a few changes in the cuisine to the benefit of our dining experience. Classical bistro dishes compose the menu, like the homemade pâté de tête (a must), the sardines, the leeks vinaigrette or the escargots for appetizers. Expect no fish dish, but a long selection of meats: Lyons saucisson, Bourguignon beef, veal kidneys, rack of lamb, duck confit and, of course, the famous AAAAA andouillette. There is a nice selection of cheeses before entering the last part of the meal with the tarte Tatin or the rum-flambéed pineapple.
