Le Viscos Restaurant Review: The beauty of this mountain village on the edge of the Pyrénées National Park competes with the restaurant's simple pastel décor. Yet chef Jean-Pierre Saint Martin's refined cooking, inspired by regional specialties, will manage to hold your attention. You will be immediately won over by his cod salad with gizzards, the rabbit spring roll with rosemary gravy, and the remarkable sturgeon with a spicy caviar purée.
