Paintings grace the paneled walls in this old-fashioned bistro, which plays host to a steady stream of bouchon cuisine fans. Robert Duffard takes to the stoves to turn out savory dishes: foie gras, lyonnaise salad, ray, lamb brain and tongue, paillasson apples. The first set menu is wonderful washed down with the tasty regional wines on offer.
