L'Ecailler du Bistrot Restaurant Review:

Fresh seafood and fish are guaranteed by the presence of Gwen Cadoret, daughter of the famous Breton oyster farmer and wife of Bertrand Auboyneau, owner of the nearby Bistrot Paul Bert. Feast on blue lobster as part of a prix-fixe menu at €55, which includes a dozen Belon oysters; half a lobster (native to Lorient in Brittany) in a curry-based sauce, served with large, fried potatoes; and sliced apples with a salted butter caramel. An à la carte menu proposes dependable oysters in any season as well as a few varieties of fish (mostly sole) prepared in its most simple form.
