Chef/restaurateur Josef Centeno (Baco Mercat, Bar Ama) is dividing his downtown spot Ledlow into two concepts. Ledlow proper, though downsized, will refocus on whiskey and haute bar food; the other half, P. Y. T., will offer mostly vegetarian options. Light breakfast service will continue.
