A hangout for strollers who like to eat ice cream and people-watch at the same time, this popular place has lots of flavors on tap, plus nonfat and soft-serve ice creams, and flavor bursts (toppings such as Blue Hawaiian coconut or cotton candy are drizzled over vanilla soft-serve ice cream). Arbuckle (vanilla with crystallized gourmet chocolate syrup) is a top seller, but all flavors are outstanding.
