THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Legends Steak & Seafood Restaurant Review: Lush plants enhance the ambience and window seats overlook the resort's lovely gardens. Among appetizer favorites are pan-seared Dungeness crab cakes with spicy basil coleslaw and mustard sauce; oysters del Rio baked with Asiago cheese; and scampi-style shrimp sautéed in butter, lemon and white wine over wild rice. We also like the angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil, garlic, fresh tomatoes, sweet basil and Parmesan. All entrées are served with the choice of baked or twice-baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, baked yam with brown sugar and cinnamon, blended wild rice, seasonal vegetables, sautéed wild mushrooms or Tex-Mex corn. Walnut-encrusted sea bass over baby field greens with honey mustard sauce and tournedos of filet mignon Oscar are winners. So are herb-flavored broiled lamb chops with a roasted garlic sauce and chicken Marsala. Save room for the apple, raspberry and almond tart.
