Les Clefs d'Argent Restaurant Review:
Chef Christophe Dupouy brings a knowledge and direction to ingredients (very fresh bouquets, beautiful crawfish, good foie gras, quite thick veal chop): that can be enough in the heart of a large city, but on this edge of road to the edge of Mont of Marsan, within this anonymous middle-class framework, it's necessary to add a little joy to this yellow and green tomato salad and smoked trout, the sea bass confit with olive oil, the sautéed Landes squab. South-western cellar sorted rather well: bergerac De Conti, marcillac de Cros, duras d'Allégret, gaillac de Rotier, irouléguy d'Arretxea, which give pleasure at not too bad a price. The devoted and traditional service is brightened by the warmth of Eugénie, the wife of the chief.
