Les Freres Charbonnel Restaurant Review: The Dronne River provides inspiration for the fresh cuisine of Jean-Claude and Bernard Charbonnel. Based on both regional and traditional recipes, it is precise in its execution and opulent on the plate. Really good selection of fixed-price menus. The wine cellar is fit for a king and exhibits a preference for Bordeaux; the prices are far from regal--incredibly affordable. It is truly pleasant to sit here looking out at the river.
