THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Level 33 Restaurant Review:
Loews Philadelphia Hotel, during a major renovation to its lobby area, has temporarily relocated its restaurant and lounge to this 33rd floor space formerly used for private parties. Level 33 and Sky Lounge are scheduled to remain open through mid-March, 2014, when a new ground floor restaurant will be unveiled. For the time being guests can enjoy small plates, such as charred octopus or ahi with white soy, and main dishes like beef tenderloin salad and Arctic char with Swiss chard.
