The Libertine Liquor Bar Restaurant Review

: In the basement of an upscale pizza restaurant, this over-21 cocktail lounge is worth the search for its classic drinks and boutique wines. In addition, there are such fun and tasty accompaniments as bison tartare with pickled jícama and capers, and deviled eggs with smoked whitefish and pickled beets and fresh-grated horseradish. The heartland oxtail and Vermillion blue cheese grilled sandwich has red onion pickles. Note that the innovative selections change at the whim of the chef. Let's hope desserts like the milkshake with Ford's gin, lemon and lime, and s'more with house-made marshmallow, graham cracker and sabayon stay around a while.
