Libra Churrascaria in Culver City offers the Brazilian steakhouse experience in a modern setting. Unlimited skewered meats are carved tableside by roaming "gauchos." More than a dozen rotisserie meats are available, including rib-eye, lamb, tri-tip, garlic chicken, picanha (top sirloin cap), top sirloin and pork ribs. Meanwhile, the salad bar offers sides such as Brazilian beans, grilled eggplant, mashed yucca and couscous salad. Desserts range from flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream to coconut flan with plum sauce.
