THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Liluma Restaurant Review:

Liluma has shaken its reputation as the younger sibling of The Crossing---in fact, after owner-chef Jim Fiala added Acero a few years ago, Liluma became a middle child. But the elegant bistro stands on its own quite well, thank you very much. Most of the menu items are hearty American fare with French and Italian influences, so expect roast chicken with creamed spinach as well as scallops with lentils and guanciale to hold court among the large plates. Meanwhile, seafood and pasta star from the small plates offerings. A generous $30, four-course prix-fixe offer is good for anything on the dinner menu. Servers come off as enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, and the wine list is first-rate.
