Some people think fine island cuisine is an oxymoron, but not at this little place, tucked on a side street in Saratoga Springs. Grab one of the tables by the front windows to watch some of the town's more colorful characters wander by as you dine on lime chili, charred artichokes with garlic lemon-and-lime dip and baby scallops and lump crab meat sautéed in lime and orange juice, brandy and ginger. Interestingly, one of the most popular dishes has an Asian twist: saké clams over soba noodles. Or try the Barbados chicken seared with Indian spices and drizzled with a light banana coconut and curaçao orange sauce. The menu isn't extensive but what they do, they do well. Beer and wine only.
