This was one of the first places in San Francisco to pioneer the concept of antipasti for dinner. You can sip a glass of sparkling wine at the bar and share an appetizer like the perennial favorite of baked Brie cheese, a whole roasted garlic bulb and bread. Small plates reign here: Try the grilled asparagus with pistachio tahini sauce or the grilled prawns borrachos marinated in tequila and lime. The Caesar salad is one of the best in the city.
