When you’re noted chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette, you can serve up whatever you want. And that’s what’s on the menu: Matzo Ball Ramen; Monkfish Biryani; a pickle-brined fried chicken sandwich; Vietnamese Bologne; Black Pepper Popovers with Wagyu steak tartare; a dry-aged beef burger with Buffalo pickles, onion soup mayo, foie gras and jalapeño chips. Little Donkey in Central Square is an accessible version of a fusion restaurant influenced by local ingredients, with short price points.
