The Chinese menu should be translated for treasures like shu mai with three seasonal garnishes such as New Year black moss, black mushroom and dried oyster; or steamed pork balls with pork tongue. Main dishes are also ambitious with whole steamed sea bass proving up to the mark. The best drink with these modestly priced snacks is soft, full-bodied po-li tea. Dim sum £2-£3.50; set meals £11.80-£16 per person.
