Los Ceviches is a small storefront restaurant on the outskirts of one of the city's largest shopping malls. We adore everything from the wonderful ceviche options to lomo saltado, the national dish that is akin to a stir-fry of meat and vegetables served over rice or noodles. Typical of the South American country, many of the dishes come with french fries. We push them aside to make room for an addictive bread pudding and Peruvian style flan, crema volteada. Simple in décor, the artwork is lovely and the cloth-covered tables offer warmth as well as a touch of class.
