THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED The KISS formula (keep it simple, stupid) is in action here, and it works---most of the time. The idea of a neighborhood trattoria with a comfortable atmosphere and good food made from homemade ingredients has brought the Louise’s Trattoria chain up to 15 and counting. That said, we wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than an inexpensive bite on-the-run.
