THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED The KISS formula (keep it simple, stupid) is in action here, and it works-most of the time. The idea of a neighborhood trattoria with a comfortable atmosphere and good food from homemade ingredients has brought the Louise’s Trattoria chain up to 15 and counting. The menu ranges from the Italian classics (fettuccine to pappardelle, sometimes oversauced) with some California/Italian twists thrown in (grilled salmon with artichoke relish). The prices are reasonable, and the service is usually good.
