THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED The Four Seasons has really gone to town with its Champagne teas, introducing four seasonal afternoon teas a year. Not only are the fillings appropriate, what goes into the bread and cakes changes, too. So spring might bring spiced duck and kumquat sandwiches on orange-flavoured bread, summer grilled tuna and vegetables on basil bread and so on. Throwing all caution to the wind, the Four Seasons also has scones with chestnuts and French pastries with lavender and honey mousse. Traditional Afternoon tea £24.50; Champagne Tea £36.
