THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Lucky Three Chinese Restaurant Restaurant Review:
Lucky Three's off-the-beaten-path location can mean sparse crowds at dinnertime. The result: Dishes such as crispy duck, stir-fried snow pea greens, a very bland ma po tofu, and an oddly named Parisian beef (a French version of the Chinese classic crispy beef?) may echo in the vast room, and if the kitchen isn't busy, platters may appear very quickly. Lunchtimes---when the crowds line up for the fulsome dim sum service---are all hustle and bustle here. Note that the kitchen also offers some Vietnamese dishes.
