THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Luke's Lobster Restaurant Review:

The lobster roll is a perennially popular product when the weather turns warm, but Luke's Lobster in the East Village hopes to turn the seaside snack into a year-round proposition. The hook, as it were? More lobster meat, thanks to a family connection from Luke's lobster supplier. The crustaceans make their way from Portland, Maine, in less than two days, so the meat itself is also quite fresh. And there's plenty of it to go around, too: you can grab four or eight ounce portions, at $8 and $14 respectively. The mix is simple, just a touch of mayo and seasonings, including celery salt and pepper, on a toasted hot dog bun. Overall, the effect is authentic and tasty. Luke's also sells crab claws, shrimp rolls and even a lobster bisque, but as its name suggests, stick with the classics at this charming storefront.
