The intimate one-room bar boasts cozy booths clad in stretched bomber jacket-like leather, funky stained glass lanterns that hang from the ceiling, and the venue's pièce de résistance, a bar that's topped with cobblestones from an unfortunate New York street. The owners have attempted to give the décor a medieval theme---the ornate ceiling is meant to evoke a late medieval monastery---even though drinkers might be more keen on picking up an attractive counterpart or a colorful cocktail rather than picking up on the theme.
