THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Ly-Ly Hawaiian BBQ Restaurant Review:
If you've not experienced the influence of Hawaiian cooking and spices on a true Southern tradition, then your taste buds deserve a bit of exploration. Our 50th state has quite an appreciation for the art of barbecuing meat and the menu here isn't limited to the standard trinity of barbecue---beef, pork and chicken. One very popular selection is the plate lunch, a low-cost option weighed down with tastes from throughout the Pacific Rim including beef curry, teriyaki, mahi mahi, spicy hot kimchi, sushi, fried eggs and even Spam. Yes, Spam, which is a very popular item in Hawaii where the residents eat more Spam per capita than in any other state. The home cooking comes in plastic boxes, ready for take-out.
