| Food trucks are now ubiquitous but M&M’s has been around since the start, dishing out platters of Southern barbecue from a roadside truck in Dorchester. Maurice (Big Moe) and Maureen Hill cook slabs of ribs, chickens and more low and slow over hardwood charcoal. Barbecue lovers flock here for pulled pork sandwiches, barbecue whole chicken, beef brisket and fried chicken wings. Just-right sides like collards, candied yams and potatoes and onions round out the meal. Dessert is banana pudding on Wednesday and Thursday and peach cobbler on Friday and Saturday. Most patrons do take-out, but there is a picnic table for dining in. |
