THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Madame Ching's Restaurant Review:
There must have been pirates in China, and they had to eat. Thats the excuse/explanation/theme of this addition to Treasure Islands restaurant selection, allegedly named after a female Chinese pirate who certainly liked her Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken if this kitchen is any indication. The spicy dishes are the best here, and Treasure Island clearly has some serious chefs doing their Asian cuisine---even the hotels Lookout Café coffee shop has a super bowl of wonton soup should your taste for something Chinese not run to a whole meal. But when a feast is on your agenda, Madame Chings can be a tasty port of call.
